Returns Policy

All of our items are handcrafted with great care and made to the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for our returns address before sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee, or you may choose to exchange the item instead.
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Personalised Items

As all personalised and bespoke items are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly due to our error.

Care of Powder-Coated Items

Our powder-coated products are designed for long-lasting durability. However, as with any exterior finish, their appearance can be affected over time by environmental conditions and general wear.

The finish may deteriorate if exposed to:

  • Harsh chemicals or cleaning products
  • Prolonged strong sunlight (UV exposure)
  • Coastal or salty environments
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Friction, impact or abrasion

To keep your item looking its best, we recommend:

  • Cleaning it twice a year using warm water and a pH-neutral soap.
  • Applying a good-quality car polish or protective wax twice a year to help protect the finish.
  • Avoiding harsh chemical cleaners, pressure washing, abrasive cleaning pads and prolonged exposure to adverse weather conditions wherever possible.

Please note that normal weathering, fading or wear caused by environmental conditions, lack of maintenance or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our returns or warranty policy.
